- All Siarum customers can submit a support case online 24/7. Live phone support for Siarum Ring ( 2+ users) plans is available 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
14-day Free Trial is only available to new subscribers. Trial is limited to maximum of 5 users. Trial subscriptions include 100 min of domestic calls per user. If service is canceled after free trial, any hardware must be returned within 21 days of trial cancellation in order to avoid hardware charges. US and Canada only. Reasonable use policies apply on all plans.
